What is FlyBuys?

FlyBuys is Australia’s favourite shopping rewards program! Upon joining FlyBuys, you will receive a membership card and, when you show this card at participating businesses including Coles Express, you collect points based on your purchases. These points can then be redeemed for some fantastic rewards.

What are the benefits of being a FlyBuys member?

Over 5 million Australian households collect FlyBuys points at participating businesses to make their everyday shopping count for over 800 reward choices.

There’s no joining fees, no ongoing fees, in fact no fees at all!

The whole household can get involved and help build up your points – up to 3 additional cards can be linked to the one account.

Bonus points offers and linking your Coles Group Source™ MasterCard® or NAB credit card to your FlyBuys membership are other great ways to get your points rolling in.

How do I earn points at Coles Express?

Just present your FlyBuys card whenever you make a purchase!

At Coles Express, you earn 1 standard point for every $5 spent* on fuel or in store items. *Terms and conditions do apply.

Other businesses involved in the FlyBuys programs include Coles and BI-LO supermarkets, Target, Kmart and Liquorland.

If I'm not currently a member, how can I join FlyBuys?

You can join online right now. Or pick up an application form from one of the participating businesses and send it back to FlyBuys at GPO Box 359 Melbourne VIC 3001. The friendly folk at the FlyBuys Service Centre can also sign you up, and they can be reached on 13 1116, from 9am to 7pm, Monday to Friday (Melbourne time, excluding public holidays).
