Shell Lead Replacement Petrol
Shell
has now phased out supply of lead replacement petrol as the demand for LRP
has steadily declined over the past few years as older cars are replaced.
There are many safe, suitable and proven alternatives to LRP. Many cars
will be able to switch to a premium unleaded petrol such as Shell Optimax,
Shell Unleaded 95 or Shell Premium Unleaded straight away, whilst others
will also need to use a suitable anti-valve seat recession protection additive,
available from Coles Express service stations. Working out whether your
